12 steps to successful blogging

Giveaway Monday – Review of a service for mums in business

Thank you for the opportunity Alli Price from Motivating Mum and Annabel Candy to review the 12 Steps to Successful Blogging.

successfulblogging

As someone who had never thought of blogging before this ebook opened my eyes to another market for my business. Annabel was great and gave me easy instructions to review her product. I found the steps to blogging easy to understand however a few of the steps were very boring to me, maybe because I haven’t blogged before. I took notes and did the exercises. I found that this made it easier to go through the steps. I did get a bit confused with some of the instructions because I didn’t understand the language of search engines, etc.

I would definitely use the ebook system again as having easy instructions that I can go back to at a regular basis is quite handy. Having the knowledge now I can go on to make my own blog and also my own twitter account. After reading the case studies and the ebook I would recommend this product to anyone that is wanting to have a successful/constructive blog.

  2. MARY says:

SIMPLY BE YOU & BE TRUE! :)

  3. Rebecca says:

The next step I want to take with my business is to set up a blog. I don’t find my strength is writing but would say a best tip to be honest and relatable with your audience. You want your followers to feel like friends and build trust in what you are saying.

  4. Casey G says:

My tip would be to full your blog with great, interesting content and include your personality and humor throughout your posts to engage people.. I love reading blogs from ‘Real’ people :)

  5. Hannah says:

You can show your customers (and potential customers) that you are a real person with real advice. In your blog you can detail how people can do simple things without professional help, with pictures if required. I think that people are more likely to chose to pay a company for services, when they feel that they have already received something for free (even if it is very simple advice that they have received for free). Wow I should write a blog on this. :)

  6. Jennifer DeLoach says:

I am just beginning with blogging. My website not yet complete. My best advice is to be real and reach out to people to make a difference in their lives.

  7. Content is King – keep it fresh and updated regularly with your SEO words – which reminds me about Time Management and doing it myself! LOL!

  8. Angie Boylan says:

Be unique and original and most of all, be honest with your opinions and ideas!

  9. I also am new to blogging for my business, but have been doing a personal blog for a little while. My tip would be to create links/backlinks in your posts to other content on your website, or older blog posts, so that search engines can pick up your content and create rankings higher up in search results.

  10. Rachel says:

My best tip would be to know your audience and tailor your content to them. Why do they follow you, what are they expecting you to deliver. Don’t go too far off topic especially if its not your area of expertise.
That’s my tip, but would love to win the book to find out if I am on track!

    Rachel

  11. Angela says:

Consistency and passion – be true and honest when you write, give all you knowledge and love to your readers!

  12. Michelle says:

I wish I had a tip on blogging but have never blogged before. Best tip I can give is try and win a great book written by Annabel Candy

  13. Stacey says:

I’m new to blogging but I’ve heard that it’s best to publish your posts at regular days/times so your loyal followers know when they will be able to see something new :)

  14. Beverley says:

Ummmm…. I would love to leave a tip on using a blog for business, but I have NOTHING! Which is why I need this book!!!

  15. Instead of posting just text and photo blog posts, make a video blog post. It’s a great way for people to quickly watch what you’ve posted if they don’t have a lot of time to read.
