Worried about your websites effectiveness?

Giveaway Monday – Review of a service for mums in business

It is with trepidation that I participated in a review of Webby Web Design. Don’t get me wrong, I was excited to have my website reviewed, but concerned I would get an extensive list of recommendations that I could never afford to action.

website review

So the process started with a phone conversation with Meirav Dulberg from Webby Web Design, Meirav was very clear on her review process, the timelines and how the information would be presented including providing options to discuss the information such as an email followed by a phone call or SKYPE call to discuss the review in further detail. Meirav also proved to have exceptional listening skills and asked a number of questions around what I expected from the review.

My concerns were immediately allayed, I felt clear on the process and confident I would get some valuable feedback and I was not disappointed. The concise three page report was well formatted and easy to read. The feedback was logical and constructive, providing an overview followed by recommendations for each section of my website. I was so impressed with the clarity or the report, especially the way recommendations were supported by examples of sites with similar concepts – fantastic for those who like me may be technically challenged! And as for recommendations, many of the changes I can make myself.

Overall I had an excellent experience with Webby Web Design, timelines were met, Meirav was an excellent communicator, my goals were understood and the report was clear and realistic. Nothing to fault about this service, I could not more highly recommend Webby Web Design.

I would love for Meirav to review my website as I have many web related challenges!! The world of SEO is baffling, implementing changes to my site can seem like a foreign language and converting visitors into a sale can get disheartening. But one of my biggest challenges is to be able to look at the site with an unbias opinion and to be able to see what really needs to be improved to make my customers shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.

  2. Lisa says:

The biggest challenge with my website is SEO. It would be great to get some feedback and guidance.

  3. Tracey C. says:

I desperately need some help with SEO. I’m also thinking about revamping the site but have no idea where to even start. I really need a professional opinion.

  4. Jerry Penny says:

I have only just done my opening page, but have loads to load up, and ideas, and different aspects for the website. e.g. I want to promote my MLM business for Jeunesse Global, but I also want to promote my health eating and living blog. Don;t know where to start! I love Webby Web design. They set up our Kinder website for us, and google calendar etc, and are very helpful when we need help!

  5. My biggest challenge is definitely SEO. It’s like another language to me… keywords, meta tags, blah blah blah…does my head in!

  6. A maxwell says:

I have just set up a website for my business and have no idea in ghe world as how to get more people to see it, how do I get it to come up first in a google search? No idea!!!

  7. As we have hundreds of individual shops on board, each with their own products and descriptions. Our biggest hurdle is having unique SEO. I need to ensure that the copy we have on the site, reads well and is enriched with our Key words.

  8. Lisa Laudams says:

I would love for you to have a look at our site, we are getting hits on it but these are not been converted into enquires or sales. I don’t know what to do to make it more appealing. Thanks Lisa

  9. Rebecca says:

The biggest challenge with my site is giving enough information without it being overwhelming or confusing to the potential client; while still making it interesting.

  10. BTW – I love your new header Alli :)

  11. My biggest challenge with my site is the ability to technically implement the changes that I would like to make. I only know basic code and have “broken” my site a couple of times in the early days so am hesitant now to make any changes that are not straight forward. I have a tincy budget to pay for changes so seek to implement changes that are effective and easy to make myself.
